I was also wondering about which LMS and whether I could get feedback on the systems that I compared in the attached document from the group (Georgia)EduTools_CMS_Comparison.xls.  this is from http://www.edutools.info.

- Articulate-Engage - on articulate.com, found for $1298

- Lectora - at:  trivantis.com; varying prices depending on level from $495 to $3185

- Moodle - at moodle.org (free open source; also being used by a number of universities)
